How does the Queue and Reserving work?
When you order your new iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus you automatically go into a queue on a first in first served basis. At launch iPhone stock, especially on the most popular lines will be limited so the earlier you order, the faster you will receive the new iPhone.
When I reserve a phone does it mean I’ve purchased it?
Yes it does. In order for us to keep your place in the queue, you are placing an order for your new phone. If you change your mind on the colour or variant, you will need to cancel your order and start again but your place in the queue will be lost. No changes will be made to your plan until the order is approved and shipped.
When will I get my phone?
Initial stock starts shipping on the 16th of September and we will be working closely with Apple to get as much stock as soon as possible. Global demand for some colour and memory variants has been huge!
Once your phone is on its way, delivery can take from 1 – 3 days depending on where you live in NZ. Once we dispatch your new iPhone, you will receive a track and trace email with details to track your order.
When am I charged for my plan or phone?
If you place an order via our retail stores, you will be charged for any upfront costs straight away. If ordering online, we may pre-authorise your credit/debit card with the upfront payment amount but will only charge you on the day before your order ships. Your new plan starts on the same day we charge you for the order regardless of where you placed the order.
When will you update me on the progress of my order?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email straight after placing your order. Once your item is dispatched, we’ll send you a track and trace email. If we haven’t received stock of your particular iPhone variant, we’ll be in touch with you periodically to update on your order status.
