What do I do next?
It can take around 4 business hours to complete the number transfer (sorry – we are unable to process these requests in the weekend). In the meantime, keep your ‘old’ (non Vodafone) SIM in your phone and keep using it until you can no longer make or receive calls / txts - this means your number is now with Vodafone.
When you’re all set up, make sure you jump into My Vodafone and check out the details of your new plan.
If your old SIM is still working after 4 hours call us on 777 and we’ll get it sorted.

Get ahead of the game and download the My Vodafone App while we are transferring your number. It’s super simple to set up and is the best way to keep track of your usage, top up and get access to your Prepay Deals. This is where you can also change to another plan or design your My Flex plan each month.
