Top up from your mobile

Smart phone - Visit m.vodafone.co.nz on your smartphone and select My Account.

iPhone - Download our free My Account for iPhone app from the iTunes app store or TXT APP to 898 and we'll send you a direct link to the App store.

Android - Download our free My Account for Android app from the Android Marketplace.

By TXT with Top Me Up - TXT TMU and the amount you want to top up, e.g. TMU 30 (for a $30 top up), to 867 and follow the prompts. If you haven't already you'll need register your credit card or Visa debit card with us first. You can register it in My Account or by calling 777 and following the recorded prompts.

By calling - If you have a credit card or Visa debit card, dial 777 from your Vodafone mobile and follow the prompts starting with option 1, and then select top-up by credit card.

Topping up online

You can top up your own mobile, or someone else's online. Simply sign in to My Account and select 'Make a payment' or 'top up'.

Then:

• Select or enter the mobile number you want to top up
• Select the amount you want to pay (between $20 - $100)
• Enter your credit card details and click 'Confirm payment'

Topping up at a bank ATM

If you bank with ASB, BNZ or Westpac, you can top up at their ATMs.

• From the main menu on the ATM select "Other" or "Other Services" and follow the instructions for Vodafone Prepay.
• You'll be asked to enter your Vodafone Prepay mobile number, how much you'd like to top up and from which account.
• We'll TXT you to confirm your top up and let you know your new balance.
