The FibreX 3 Day Install or $100 credit offer

Terms and Conditions

  1. Offer available to eligible broadband customers who sign up to a FibreX Unlimited broadband data naked or broadband with home phone plan on a 24 month term. Eligible customers will get an install in 3 working days, or a $100 credit if not installed in time.
     
  2. To be eligible for the Vodafone FibreX 3 Day Install or $100 credit offer, you must meet the following criteria:
    1. Your address must be in an area where Vodafone FibreX is available.
    2. Your address must be an intact address (i.e. you must have an active cable connection at your house).
    3. Our installation booking team will need to be able to speak with you the day after you place your order to book your installation time. Please make yourself available when they call. 
    4. You will need to accept one of the installation times offered to you within the 3 working day timeframe.
    5. You will need to be at home at the agreed installation time.
    6. You will need to pass Vodafone’s credit check clearance for your application.
       
  3. If we cannot offer you an installation time in the 3 working day timeframe, or cannot complete the installation in the 3 working day timeframe, then provided you have met the eligibility criteria above, we will provide you with a goodwill credit of $100 on your account. The credit will show on your second or third bill.
  1. You will not be eligible for the $100 credit if:
    1. our installation booking team are unable to make contact with you the day after you place your order to book in your installation time, despite their reasonable attempts;
    2. you do not accept one of the installation times offered to you within the 3 working day timeframe, or you opt for an installation time outside the 3 working day timeframe; or
    3. you do not make yourself available at home at the agreed installation time.
       
  2. This offer may not be available in conjunction with other offers.
     
  3. This offer may be withdrawn at any time and is subject to change without notice.
