Mobile settings

Having trouble with your mobile?

You can take it to your Vodafone store, or you can change your mobile settings. You may want to change the settings on your mobile if you're having issues such as:

  • Sending or receiving PXTs
  • Accessing Vodafone live!
  • Accessing your mobile email

If your mobile or data device is a parallel import, or if you bought it overseas, we can't guarantee our settings will work.

If you've changed your mobile settings and things are worse, try your nearest Vodafone store. They'll be able to reset it and probably solve your original problem too.
