MY SKY for free each month

MY SKY lets you pause and rewind live TV, and record your favourite shows to watch whenever you want. You can even record two channels while watching a third.

No cost to you

Get MY SKY free every month when you have broadband and SKY with Vodafone (On selected broadband plans).  Offer not available on Vodafone Unlimited Broadband data and Home Phone with NEON plans.

  • MY SKY for free every month (normally $15).
  • You just pay the standard SKY Basic subscription plus charges for channels, content or features you may subscribe to.


  • You will get this offer if you are a new or existing residential Vodafone fixed broadband customer on Naked Broadband or an eligible home phone and broadband pack and you receive your SKY subscription through us.
  • If you are an existing SKY subscriber, transfer your subscription to Vodafone and sign up to Naked Broadband or an eligible home phone and broadband pack you are also eligible for this offer.
  • Eligible plans for this offer are: 80GB and Unlimited data Packs and 80GB and Unlimited data Naked Plans.
  • The $15 per month MY SKY discount offers are only available while you remain on an eligible plan and have your standard SKY subscription through Vodafone.
  • MY SKY is intended for time shifting your viewing and not for permanent storage. Programme suppliers may require SKY to set a retention limit on some recorded content.
  • You will only receive the discount once per month; regardless of how many SKY box decoders you have
Important things to know 

  • To get SKY billed through Vodafone, you need to have to have a Red Home phone or broadband plan with us.
  • A 12 month term applies. Minimum SKY package required is SKY Basic which costs $49.91 per month.
  • A $99 joining fee applies for new to SKY customers, standard domestic installs only
  • You are only able to have one SKY service per Vodafone fixed line account, e.g. if you wish to have two SKY accounts through Vodafone (one at your home and one at your Holiday house) you will need to have two separate Vodafone fixed line accounts.
  • Vodafone can only provide SKY for private customers, public & commercial installations are unavailable.
  • If you are renting, you will need a signed permission letter from your landlord to have a SKY satellite installed.
  • If you live in an Apartment you will need to go through your Body Corporate to get SKY.

Transferring your existing SKY services to Vodafone:

  • The names on your SKY account and Vodafone account need to be the same in order to transfer your SKY services to Vodafone
  • Your SKY service must be at the same address as your Vodafone fixed line services
  • If you have signed up for any promotional or special deal with SKY, or another provider, these discounts on your SKY services will not be carried over when you move your SKY services to Vodafone
  • There is no installation fee when upgrading from SKY Digital to SKY box
  • If you are upgrading from a MY SKY HDi decoder to a SKY box or MY SKY+ a $50 upgrade fee will apply.
  • There are no installation charges to add multi-room

Early Termination Charges

If you are a new SKY customer a 12 month minimum term applies. Early termination charges of up to $376 (Inc. GST) will apply if you close your SKY services within this term.
