Error: The new SIM card you have entered is not valid for a SIM swap. You need a FREE SIM card to carry out a SIM swap. Get one by dropping by a Vodafone store.
Reason: We can’t recognise the SIM card number you’re entering, double check that you’ve entered all details again. If you’re still unable to SIM swap give us a call or visit a Vodafone store.
