How do I top up?
How do I top up?
You can top up online or use the My Vodafone App on your phone.
Will my credit expire?
On a MyFlex plan you must top up once every 360 days to ensure the connection stays active. If a top up is not made within this period, all remaining credit will be lost and you will lose your number.

Can I use 5G on my Prepay plan?
To get the benefits of 5G, you’ll need a 5G capable phone from Vodafone, Noel Leeming or selected retailers. You’ll need to be in a 5G coverage area (5G is live in parts of Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown), and on an eligible prepay plan. All current 4G plans will be eligible for 5G.
Is using 5G free on Prepay?
If you have an eligible prepay plan and a 5G phone from Vodafone, Noel Leeming or selected retailers you can use 5G at no extra cost until 30 June 2021.
If you want to keep using 5G after 30 June 2021 you’ll be able to buy a $10 add on from 1st July 2021 when your prepay bundle renews.

How do I flex my MyFlex plan?
You can flex your MyFlex Prepay plan in MyVodafone at anytime by clicking ‘Manage plan’ in ‘Plans & Add-ons’.

Will I be charged if I run out of Data, Mins or TXTs?
Do I get carryover on MyFlex?
On MyFlex you can carry over up to 500 unused mins and 3.5GB unused data, TXTs will not carry over. All you need to ensure is you have enough credit for your plan to auto-renew.
If you have unlimited minutes you will automatically carry over 500 minutes if you switch to a plan with a lower number of minutes the following month.

Will I lose carryover data if I change my MyFlex Combo?
If you hit ‘Change plan’ or ‘Save changes’, your new plan will update on your next renewal date. You get to keep your carryover data.
If you hit ‘Renew plan’ or ‘Buy now’, you’ll switch right away but you’ll lose your carryover data.

Can I borrow $5 credit?
If you're running low on credit and can't Top Up right away, get an instant $5 credit with Prepay IOU. Next time you Top Up, you'll repay the $5 plus a $0.50 fee.
