You can either use a physical SIM or an eSIM with the device you have chosen.
An eSIM is a SIM that’s already embedded into selected mobile phones and tablets and allows you to use more than 1 plan on the same device.
For example, you’ll be able to use one plan for business and another for personal use.
How to activate your eSIM
eSIM is available for these phones:
iPhone XR, XS and later (on the latest software version)
To check if there is a software update available, open Settings > General > About Device > Software Update. Before installing an update, we recommend backing up your phone. Download the update over WiFi to avoid using data.
Any generation Samsung Z Flip and Z Fold. Note 20 series. S20 series, S21 series, S22 series. (Samsung 'FE' models not supported).
OPPO X3 Pro, X5 and X5 Pro
If you bought one of these phones from One NZ and you're using a physical SIM card, you can switch to eSIM. You'll need to visit us in store so we can move your connection.
