You can have up to 3 NZBestMate Add-Ons on Smart plans.
NZBestMate is only available on selected plans. Sign in to My Vodafone to find out if you’re on an eligible plan.
Your nominated NZBestMate can be any NZ mobile or landline. It cannot be an international, 0900 or special number (such as 123 or 018).
You can only nominate a mobile or landline number once, i.e. you can’t nominate a number as both a BestMate and an NZBestMate.
If you have more than one NZBestMate, how you use those minutes and TXTs across your NZBestMates is up to you. For example, if you have 3 NZBestMates you could use 2000 minutes to one NZBestMate and 500 to each of the others.
If you use up all of your NZBestMate minutes or TXTs within the month, further usage will be deducted from the minutes and TXTs included in your plan. If they are also all used up then the standard out-of-bundle charges on your plan will apply.
