Archived Terms - One Business Mobile 3 Months Money Back Guarantee
- Money back guarantee only applies to the One Business Mobile monthly charges (excl GST) for customers who claim within 3 months of purchase.
- To receive the refund you must contact One NZ on 888 or contact your Account Manager.
- Refund can be made to a NZ bank account or credit card or as an Account credit which will be refunded to you no later than 4 weeks after your claim.
- Your Red Share for Business or Red+ Business plan will be charged as per your mobile contract.
- If you have a mix of user profiles (Unified, Mobile, Basic) only the cost of One Business Mobile profile will be refunded.
