Terms and Conditions

Please note: These terms and conditions apply to customers resigning on to an eligible Fibre plan. If you resigned your mobile On Account plan please see the terms and conditions at the bottom of the page.

  • Offer available until 30th November or while stocks last to existing eligible fixed broadband customers who resign onto an Ultimate Home Fibre 100 or FibreX 200 12 month plan with one of the follow additional products: Fibre Max or On Account or Vodafone TV Starter (or above).
  • Early termination fee of $800 applies if you cancel the Ultimate Home plan before the 12 month term is up.
  • Not available in conjunction with other offers, except the $10 loyalty discount and the $10 On Account discount.
  • The TV is a Panasonic 49” 4K TV or similar model of our choosing.
  • Once you've signed up you will be sent a unique code through email within 10 working days. You redeem your unique code through the Panasonic website by confirming your name, delivery address, email and phone number to Panasonic New Zealand Ltd. These details will not be used by Panasonic for any other reason.
  • Within 50 days of the code being redeemed, Panasonic’s courier partners will contact you to confirm your address and delivery time.
  • For any delivery issues, please contact Panasonic Promotions and have your name and Vodafone unique redemption code handy.
  • For any product warranty issues relating to your Panasonic TV, please contact Panasonic Customer Care or 09-272 0178 or 0800 726 222 (outside of the 09 local calling area).
  • More information on the Panasonic Smart TV warranty can be found on their website. A warranty card is also included with the TVs when delivered.
  • Fibre not available everywhere.
  • FibreX 200 includes use of modem and standard broadband connection. Terms apply.
  • FibreX is Vodafone's hybrid fibre coaxial cable network, not available everywhere. Customers at eligible addresses will get an install in 3 working days or a $100 credit if not installed in time.
  • On Account Vodafone mobile customers on eligible plans get a $10 per month discount off the standard monthly Ultimate Home plan price.
  • Consumer Terms and Residential Broadband, TV and Fixed Line terms apply.

  • Offer available until 4th November 2018 or while stocks last to existing eligible on-account mobile customers who (a) resign onto an Open Term Mobile Plan $59.99 or above; and (b) add either a Samsung Galaxy S9, Samsung Galaxy S9+ or Samsung Note 9 Device on Interest Free terms payable over 12 or 24 months.
  • Customers must remain on the eligible plan for 12 months to be eligible for the Panasonic TV offer.
  • You agree that you will repay the outstanding amount due on remaining Interest Free Payments in full, prior to terminating or ending your eligible plan or transferring or re-signing. The outstanding amount is determined by the device recommended retail price at time Interest Free Payment was provisioned – (deposit + any Interest Free Payment paid to Vodafone + any device rebate amount, if applicable). For devices sold with an Interest Free discount, the Full RRP of the device (including discount) must be repaid if you exit, transfer or trade-down your plan before your Interest Free period is over.
