On Account NEON offer

Terms and Conditions

  • NEON for 3 or 24 months offer available when you sign up to a current in market Consumer On Account plan (excludes Red Share & Tablet Share plans) between 15th December 2015 and 31st March 2016.
  • Red+ 24 month term packages and Interest Free attachment to open term plan (on activation or resign) will get Neon for 24 months. All other in market On Account plans will get Neon for 3 months (on activation and resign)
  • Your base monthly charge will be for your Mobile plan and any other mobile charges only, with no monthly charge for NEON. 
  • Customers must attach Interest free at point of activation or resign to be eligible for 24 months Neon offer
  • Vodafone will send all eligible customers a text message with a unique code number (“Promo Code”) when their eligible plan is activated. This may take up to 7 days to be sent.
  • The offer is available until 31st March 2016 and the promo code will be valid until 30th June 2016
  • If you leave Vodafone while you are receiving your promotional Neon offer, your Neon will be cancelled

Activating your Promo Code

  • To activate NEON, go to NEON website (neontv.co.nz) sign up and enter your promo code.
  • If you are an existing Neon customer you must cancel your current Neon subscription to be able to redeem the promo code
  • If you are already using a Promo Code for a different NEON promotion you must wait until the last month of that promotion before activating this Promo Code.
  • You must activate your NEON services using the voucher code by 30th April 2016
  • NEON services will automatically end 3 or 24 months after the day the NEON services were activated depending on which plan you signed up to.  If you want to continue NEON after the promoitonal offer, you will need to re-activate NEON either directly through the NEON website (neontv.co.nz) or by signing up to any current Vodafone offer for NEON services.
  • You will only receive one promo  code for each mobile number. You can only activate your Promo Code once, and you cannot transfer your Promo Code to anyone else. 

Using Neon

  • Using NEON to stream videos will use data, and you will use any data entitlements available under your On Account mobile plan, or your home broadband plan if you are using NEON to stream videos using your home broadband connection. 

Changing Plans

  • If you downgrade from a Red+ Package 24 month term to an open term plan you may no longer be eligible to receive this offer and your NEON subscription may be cancelled. 
  • If you move between the Red+ 24 month term packages; Red+ Super, Red+ or Red+ Essentials you will still be eligible to receive this offer and Vodafone will continue to pay for your NEON subscription for 24 months from your initial activation date.
  • If you move between our open term plans you will continue to receive Neon for 3 months from your initial activation date.

Changes to the NEON service

  • If Sky cancels or materially alters the NEON Service we may no longer be able to provide this Neon offer to you
