Terms and Conditions

  • Sign up to VDSL broadband with Vodafone (80GB or Unlimited Broadband data, and either Naked or with a Home phone) for 12 months and get VDSL speeds at standard ADSL broadband prices. 
     
  • The $10 monthly discount will apply from your first full month charge, for the life of the plan.  Any part month charge, will not be discounted.
     
  • Offer available in all Vodafone channels for a limited time until 31 July 2016.
     
  • Offer not available in conjunction with ‘1 month free” offer or any SKY offers.
     
  • A VDSL capable modem is required for VDSL services. You will be eligible for the free VDSL wireless modem and free standard VDSL broadband connection offer. VDSL modem terms apply. The standard broadband connection provided is a self-install. Additional charges apply if you require a visit from a technician.  If you have any issues with your self-install contact us on 0800 438 448.
     
  • The average experience of Vodafone VDSL is that the downstream speeds are 3 times faster compared to standard average New Zealand ADSL speeds (Vodafone testing in March 2015 shows Vodafone average VDSL downstream speeds are up to 3 x faster than the current standard average New Zealand ADSL speeds). This experience is not guaranteed. VDSL downstream speeds typically range between 15Mbps and 70Mbps. VDSL upstream speeds typically range between 5Mbps and 10Mbps.   • VDSL broadband is not available everywhere. As part of the sign up process, we will check your address to see whether VDSL broadband technology is available at your house. You can also check your address online at vodafone.co.nz/vdsl. However, other factors may impact your ability to actually get VDSL services, therefore we cannot guarantee that you will be able to get VDSL services. If you would like to check your speeds after your services are connected, please call us on 0800 438 448.
     
  • If you cannot get VDSL speeds, then you will be able to terminate your services without any early termination charge or you will be provisioned onto the equivalent ADSL standard broadband package and our standard Consumer and Residential Broadband, TV and Fixed Line Terms and Conditions will apply.
