Please note, from 24 August 2021 this International Add-on will be included in Pay Monthly Medium, Large and Extra Large Mobile plans. Add-on available to purchase on Pay Monthly Small mobile plans.

From 6 May 2020 this International Add-On will be adjusted to remove Australia from the list of included countries. Customers will not be affected by this change as your Pay Monthly Small, Medium, Large or Extra Large Mobile plan includes Unlimited talk & TXT to standard Australian numbers.

1. Only available if you are a New Zealand Pay Monthly customer, on a Small Mobile, Medium Mobile, Large Mobile and Extra Large Mobile plan.

2. If you purchase the International add-on, you will get 250 anytime minutes and 50 TXTs to use between Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korean Republic, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Thailand, UK and USA.

3. You can only purchase an International add-on if you are the account holder or are authorised to make changes on the account.

4. The add-on is charged when you activate it, and is paid one month in advance. Your add-on will recur every billing month until you cancel it, or it is removed.

5. If you activate the International add-on part way through your current billing month, you will be charged for the rest of that month, and the next month in advance.

6. You can use the included add-on minutes and TXTs at any time of the day in NZ.

7. You will lose any included mins and TXTs that you have not used by the end of the billing month.

8. A minimum of 1 minute will be deducted from your included minutes, for each call that you make.

9. You may have only one International add-on at a time.

10. Once you have used up the included TXTs, any additional TXTs, and TXTs that you send to countries not included in the add-on, are charged at the standard international rates of your plan.

11. Once you have used up all the included minutes, any additional minutes, and minutes that you use to call countries not included in the add-on, are charged at the standard international rate of your plan.

12. This add-on doesn't apply when you're roaming overseas. Roaming charges apply.
