UFB Modem and connection offer

Terms and Conditions

  1. This offer includes:
    • A wireless modem (RRP $149). $14.95 postage and handling fee applies.
    • Free standard broadband connection and wiring (worth $248). Additional wiring charges may apply.
       
  2. This offer is only available to customers who are new to Vodafone Ultra Fast Fibre Broadband and sign up to an eligible Ultra Fast Fibre 80GB or Unlimited Broadband Data plan on a 12 month term.
     
  3. This offer may not be available in conjunction with other offers.
     
  4. If a new fibre optic cable needs to be connected at a location where a copper phone line has not previously been active, this may incur connection charges and the price will depend on the location and work required. We will always provide a quote and confirm that you are happy to proceed before you incur these charges.
     
  5. If you move house a relocation fee may apply. This offer may not be available at your new address, subject to Ultra Fast Broadband availability. Where Ultra Fast Broadband is available, and you want to retain your broadband and/or home phone connection and continue with this offer, you will be required to pay a $101.20 reconnection fee. If a new phone line needs to be connected at the new address because a phone line has not previously been active, the price to connect the phone line will depend on the location and work required. We will always provide a quote and confirm that you are happy to proceed before you incur this cost.
     
  6. If you cancel your home phone or broadband prior to the completion of the contract period, an early termination charge of $199 will apply.
     
  7. Make and model of the supplied hardware may vary based on available stock. We will provide a new modem, or in some cases, a good as new modem.
     
  8. Vodafone reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
     
  9. These offer terms are in addition to the Consumer terms and Residential Broadband, TV and Fixed Line Terms and Conditions.
