You are required to contact Vodafone fixed line and broadband immediately in the event you first become aware of either any third party unauthorised use, disclosure or inadvertent access and/or any other attempted fraudulent activity in relation to your account.
For your protection, please confirm to us in writing any request to either terminate or deactivate your account. Where you give us any instructions that are not in writing, we can take reasonable steps to check them before we act on them.
The dial up traveller service is intended to allow you to access the internet on an occasional basis when you travel. If you need access from an international location for an extended period, for example, longer than a month or more than three months in a year, you must obtain a local Internet service provider. We will determine what constitutes occasional use.
Travelling End User Support is provided under the terms and conditions of your service provider agreement. Under the agreement, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to, complying with all matters related to the import and export of technical data, computer equipment and software. You should also note as a travelling End User guest in a country, applicable laws, regulations, or conventions in the country where your transaction is performed. You agree that the country affiliate or other local service provider whose services you are using as a travelling End User has no liability to you under any circumstances.
We make no warranties regarding the quality of this service. Customers use this service at their own risk.
Pricing does not include any local calling, national toll calling charges and/or 3rd party surcharges.
These terms apply in addition to our standard Vodafone fixed line and broadband terms and conditions. If there is any conflict between these terms and our standard fixed line and broadband terms and conditions, then these terms will prevail.
