Terms - Modem and connection for Cable/HFC
Terms and Conditions
- This offer includes:
- Use of a wireless modem for Cable and use of Vodafone UltraFast HFC modem and Vodafone Ultra Hub for UltraFast HFC.
- A free standard broadband connection and wiring. The standard broadband connection covers: (a) activation of the broadband service at your home; (b) the provision and installation of the UltraFast HFC modem and Ultra Hub; and (c) set-up and configuration of devices to the Ultra Hub. Additional wiring charges may apply for non-standard installations.
- You will be eligible for this modem and connection offer when you sign up to an eligible Cable/UltraFast HFC home broadband data plan for a 12 or 24 month term.
- This offer may not be available in conjunction with other offers.
- If a new phone line needs to be connected at a location where a phone line has not previously been active, the price will depend on the location and work required.
- If you cancel your home phone or broadband prior to the completion of your fixed contract period, an early termination charge will apply. The early termination charge for a 12 month term is $199, and the early termination charge for a 24 month term is $299.
- If you cancel your broadband service a technician will visit your location to de-install and collect the modem. An unreturned hardware fee may apply if the modem is not returned, or has been damaged and is not in a working order.
- Make and model of the supplied hardware may vary based on available stock. We will provide a new modem, or in some cases, a good as new modem.
- Vodafone reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
- These offer terms are in addition to the Consumer Terms and Residential Broadband, TV and Fixed Line Terms and Conditions.
