Modem and Connection Offer on ADSL, VDSL and Fibre broadband

  1. You will be eligible for this modem and connection offer if you are a new to Vodafone broadband/home phone customer and you sign up to ADSL, VDSL or Fibre broadband on an Everyday Home, Smart Connect or Ultimate Home plan for a 12 or 24 month term ( or you are an eligible upgrade customer).
  2. The Offer includes:
    • A Vodafone Ultra Hub modem (RRP $149) and $14.95 modem postage and handling fee applies.
    • A free standard broadband connection (worth $101.20 for ADSL/VDSL, $199 for Fibre). Additional wiring charges may apply for non-standard installations (e.g. if you have more than 5 phone lines, a PBX phone system, a monitored alarm, use the interactive features of SKY Digital TV or live in a rural area).
  3. If you need to get a phone line up and running (but there has previously been a working phone in the house) a connection fee of $52.10 will apply.
  4. If a new phone line needs to be connected at a location where a phone line has not previously been active, the price will depend on the location and work required.
  5. If you move house and want to retain your broadband and/or home phone connection and continue with this offer, you will be required to pay a $101.20 reconnection fee for your broadband connection and $52.10 for your home phone connection, as long as there is an active phone line that was previously working at the new location. If a new phone line needs to be connected at the new address because a phone line has not previously been active, the price will depend on the location and work required.
  6. We made changes to our early termination charges from 26 February 2020.
  • An Early Termination Fee will apply if you choose to disconnect or downgrade to a lower value broadband plan before the fixed term's end date.
  • You need to let us know 30 days in advance if you wish to cancel any service.
  • If you joined Vodafone from this date, on one of our current in market plans, a graduated early termination fee will apply:
  1. $199 early termination fee applies to a 12-month term and will reduce by $50 every three months.
  2. $299 early termination fee applies to a 24-month term and will reduce by $40 every three months.
  • If you are an existing customer on one of our older plans and your Vodafone bill references Vodafone B, Vodafone C or REF:TCL, an early termination fee of $199 applies to a 12 month term and $299 early termination applies to a 24 months term.
  1. Make and model of the supplied hardware may vary based on available promotional stock. We will provide a new modem, or in some cases, a good as new modem.
  2. Vodafone reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
  3. The Offer terms are in addition to the Consumer Terms and Residential Broadband, TV and Fixed Line Terms and Conditions.
