Plan Transfer Fees

Includes plan transfers from and between Plans and Packages.

12 and 24 month terms

• Current full monthly plan price less new full monthly plan price multiplied by months remaining on current term multiplied by 50%

Early Termination Fees

12 and 24 month terms

• Current full monthly plan price multiplied by months remaining on contract term multiplied by 65%
• The Early Termination Charge for the Office Net Cloud Service is 65% times the Monthly Charge for Office Net Cloud Service multiplied by the number of months remaining in the Initial Term at the date of termination.

Early Re-sign Fees

24 month term

• Months 1 – 21 A re-sign fee applies when resigning is allowed
• Months 22 – 24 A re-sign fee applies
• The re-sign fee is calculated as the current full monthly plan price multiplied by months remaining on contract term multiplied by 33%

12 month term

• Months 1 - 10 No re-signs allowed
• Months 11 - 12 Re-signs allowed – Re-sign fee Applies
• Re-sign fee = Current full monthly plan price multiplied by months remaining on contract term multiplied by 33%
