Here are a few things to have ready before you start

Help placing an online order

Providing ID for On Account plans
When you buy a monthly plan online, for your mobile or iPad, please enter your ID details exactly as they show on one of the following:

  • Valid driver's licence
  • Current passport. If you don't have a New Zealand or Australian passport, please provide a visa with the minimum term of the plan requested.

Paying by credit card
To pay for any item in the Online Shop, simply enter your credit card details into the secure independent payment screen. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Redeeming a Promo Code
If you have a received a Promo Code from us, you will only be able to use it in the Online Shop. Have a read of our Promo Code FAQs for more detail.

Delivery address
We want your parcel to arrive safely, so we use the CourierPost Track and Trace service. Please give us an address where someone will be home to sign for the delivery between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Couriers can’t deliver to a post box, private bag, hotel, motel or hostel.
If no one is home to sign for the delivery, CourierPost will leave a card with details on how to organise re-delivery. If you won’t be home or would prefer a contact-less delivery, consider setting up an Parcel Leave authority, which you can do for single deliveries or ongoing.

You can contact CourierPost on 0800 268 743 between 7am - 7pm Monday to Friday or 8am - 12 midday Saturday or visit the CourierPost website.

Tracking your order
We’ll send you an email update when your order is:

  • Received by us
  • Approved and ready to go
  • Dispatched for delivery by CourierPost. This email will include your CourierPost Track and Trace number

You’ll need to provide your order number, which you would have received in an email.

  • The Online Shop uses Payment Express, which is the most secure payment system available in New Zealand. Check out the Payment Express DPS website for details of their state-of-the-art security and infrastructure
  • If you’re using a shared computer to place your order, we recommend you close all internet browser windows when you finish
  • When your order has been dispatched, CourierPost will pick up and scan your order by 10am the following day
  • For security reasons, when placing an order for your business you’ll need to be a New Zealand incorporated company. We can set up a connection for you if you’re the listed company shareholder or director and you can provide personal ID. If your business is not an incorporated company, we’d be happy to set up a connection in your personal name. Give us a call on 0800 888 305 to get started
