Providing ID for On Account plans
When you buy a monthly plan online, for your mobile or iPad, please enter your ID details exactly as they show on one of the following:
Valid driver's licence
Current passport. If you don't have a New Zealand or Australian passport, please provide a visa with the minimum term of the plan requested.

Paying by credit card
To pay for any item in the Online Shop, simply enter your credit card details into the secure independent payment screen. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Redeeming a Promo Code
If you have a received a Promo Code from us, you will only be able to use it in the Online Shop. Have a read of our Promo Code FAQs for more detail.
To ensure safe delivery, we use the CourierPost Track and Trace service. Please give us an address where someone will be home to sign for the delivery between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. We can’t deliver to a post box, private bag, hotel, motel or hostel. If no one is home to sign for the delivery, CourierPost will leave a card with details on how to organise redelivery.

Approved and ready to go
Dispatched for delivery by CourierPost. This email will include your CourierPost Track and Trace number
