About your delivery emails

We'll keep you informed about your delivery, by email. We know that you want to receive your items as quickly as possible.You should get a new email:

  • When we have received your order.
  • When your order is approved, and ready to go.
  • When your order is dispatched for delivery. This email will include your CourierPost Track and Trace number.

Track your order

Due to physical distancing and other additional safety measures Courier Post have in place at their Auckland Operations Centre, parcels are taking a little longer than usual to process. Please expect delivery delays of up to two days for parcel deliveries within Auckland at this time. Parcels being sent from Auckland to addresses outside of Auckland may also experience some short delays.

Sorting problems with delivery


If an order hasn’t arrived.
If your order hasn’t arrived after three working days, begin by checking your email to see if we’ve sent you an update on your order.

If you haven’t received an email from us, or still need to contact us, please call us on 0800 837 867 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) to check the status of your order. Please have your order number handy before you call us.

If you've lost a calling card.
If you missed the courier and then lost the calling card, give CourierPost a call on 0800 COURIER (0800 268 743). You will need to have your tracking number (included in your dispatch email) handy so they can trace your order and sort out delivery.

Delivery timelines and costs

Here's how much it costs to delivery your order and how long it takes to arrive

Delivery to your door in less than 3 business days


Your order should take no more than 3 working days to reach you. Orders placed over a weekend or public holidays might take an extra day or two.

Free nationwide delivery for orders above $99

SIM Card packs and orders of more than $99 (including GST) from our Online Shop are eligible for free delivery. All other orders cost $7.10 to deliver.

Rules to ensure your order is delivered safely and on-time

Delivery address

We can’t deliver to a post box, private bag, hotel, motel or hostel. If no one is home to sign for the delivery, CourierPost will leave a calling card explaining how you can organise redelivery

Signature required

To ensure safe delivery, we use the CourierPost Track and Trace service for certain products. This means you need to give us an address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Missed delivery

CourierPost will leave a ‘Card to Call’ if they can’t deliver your parcel. You can find details on ways to get your parcel redelivered on the CourierPost website.
