About delivery notification emails.
We'll keep you informed about delivery of your order by email. We know that you want to receive your items as quickly as possible.
You should get a new email for these events:
- When we have received your order.
- When your order is approved, and ready to go.
- When your order is dispatched for delivery. This email will include your CourierPost Track and Trace number.
You will need your Track and Trace number to use the Courier Post tracking system.
NZ Post are currently seeing significant volumes of parcels being sent and this combined with the workforce restrictions and safety procedures at Alert Levels 3 is causing delivery delays. Please allow for up to an additional 5 working days for delivery of your item inside Auckland and a one day delay for deliveries outside of Auckland.
These delays will mean handset repairs will take longer at present as all authorised repair centres are based in Auckland.

If an order hasn’t arrived.
If your order hasn’t arrived after three working days, begin by checking your email to see if we’ve sent you an update on your order.
If an email is missing, remember to check spam folders.
If you haven’t received an email from us, or still need to contact us, please call us on 0800 837 867 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) to check the status of your order. Please have your order number handy before you call us.
If you've lost a calling card.
If you missed the courier and then lost the calling card, give CourierPost a call on 0800 COURIER (0800 268 743). You will need to have your tracking number (included in your dispatch email) handy so they can trace your order and help with delivery.
Delivery timelines and costs
Delivery to your door in less than 3 business days
Your order should take no more than 3 working days to reach you. Orders placed over a weekend or public holidays might take an extra day or two.
