Learn about how your order is delivered and what to do if it hasn’t arrived

We’ll keep you updated by email on your delivery – you should get a new email when:

  • We’ve received your order
  • Your order is approved and ready to go
  • Your order is dispatched for delivery - this email will include your CourierPost Track and Trace number

We have three flexible options to suit your needs

Parcel on doorstep

Parcel Leave

You can request your parcel to be dropped at your doorstep, even if you’re not there to sign for it.

Parcel Redirect

You can request your parcel to be redirected to another address within 75km. This option is only available if your package hasn’t left the courier depot.

Parcel Collect

You can request your parcel to be delivered to over 180 Parcel Collection locations including participating Countdowns, Z Energy Stations and NZ Post retailers.

Here’s how much it costs to deliver your order and how long it takes to arrive

Picking up parcel

Delivery to your door in less than 3 business days

Your order should take no more than 3 working days to reach you. Orders placed over a weekend or public holidays might take an extra day or two.

Free nationwide delivery for orders above $99

SIM Card packs and orders of more than $99 (including GST) from our Online Shop are eligible for free delivery. All other orders cost $7.10 to deliver.

Delivery address

We can’t deliver to a post box, private bag, hotel, motel or hostel. If no one is home to sign for the delivery, CourierPost will leave a calling card explaining how you can organise redelivery.

Signature required

To ensure safe delivery, we use the CourierPost Track and Trace service for certain products. This means you need to give us an address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

CourierPost will leave a ‘Card to Call’ if they can’t deliver your parcel. Here's where you can find details on ways to get your parcel redelivered.

My order hasn’t arrived

If your order hasn’t arrived after three working days, please begin by checking your email to see if we’ve sent you an update on your order.

If you haven’t received an email or still need to contact us, please call us on 0800 837 867 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) to check the status of your order. Please have your order number handy before you call us.

I’ve lost my calling card

If you missed the courier and lost the calling card, give CourierPost a call on 0800 COURIER (0800 268 743). You will need to have your tracking number (included in your dispatch email) handy so they can trace your order and sort out delivery.
