If your order hasn’t arrived after three working days, please begin by checking your email to see if we’ve sent you an update on your order.
If you haven’t received an email or still need to contact us, please call us on 0800 837 867 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) to check the status of your order. Please have your order number handy before you call us.
I’ve lost my calling card
If you missed the courier and lost the calling card, give CourierPost a call on 0800 COURIER (0800 268 743). You will need to have your tracking number (included in your dispatch email) handy so they can trace your order and sort out delivery.
