Here are the steps to get fibre installed
Once fibre is available at your place, its easy to sign up to one of our fibre plans. Either buy online or call us on 0800 222 664.
Most installs don’t require consent, but if yours does, permission will be required from your neighbours for your installation to begin.
A technician will meet you at your home and together you'll agree on an installation plan. This can take 1 to 2 hours.
Fibre broadband will be connected up to the outside of your house. You don’t need to be home for this.
A technician will connect fibre broadband inside your home. You’ll need to be home. This can take up to 4 hours.
