Take the first step

If you want to get fibre broadband, our install partner will need to have permission for the installation of your services from all affected property owners. This is needed for properties with a Right-of-Way or Cross Lease, and for Multi-Tenanted Complexes such as apartment blocks, buildings or private gated communities.

In many cases, you can speed up the process by getting your neighbour(s) to give their permission using an online consent form from those listed below. This form will need to be returned to the listed fibre partner for your area.
