My Vodafone is a great way to pay your bill, just sign in and have your credit or debit card handy.
To pay your bill on Facebook , click on 'Top Up / Pay Bill' on the Vodafone Facebook page.
Please note a Convenience Fee will apply to all these methods.
About the Convenience Fee
One-off credit and debit card payments will be charged a 2% convenience fee. Vodafone will consider a credit/debit card payment to be 'one off' if it's not set up as an automatic, recurring monthly payment (even if your credit or debit card details are pre-registered). This will include any payments made with your credit or debit card through My Vodafone, by calling customer care, or on our website. It will be considered 'one off' even if you choose to pay this way each month for one or more accounts.
It's easy to pay your bill on time. Just set up an automatic payment from your bank account or credit card and we'll deduct the amount owing each month on the due date. You'll get your bill before payment is due, so you can check it before any payment is made.
Set up an automatic payment in My Vodafone
Sign in to My Vodafone and select 'Payment Options' from the navigation menu.
Call us and we'll set up everything on that call.
777 - if you're a Personal customer
888 - if you're a Business customer
Simply sign in to your bank's website and follow the prompts on your screen here are the step-by-step details for most major banks. Allow a minimum of 2 working days for the payment to appear on your account.

If you have a Visa, Visa Debit Card or MasterCard, call us from your Vodafone mobile on 777, or 888 for Business customers and follow the prompts.
Take your bill to any NZ Post shop and pay by cash, EFTPOS or cheque. Please make sure you take your most current bill with you.
Send us a cheque in the envelope provided with your bill. Write your Vodafone mobile number on the back of your cheque and enclose the tear-off payment advice from your bill.
