Wireless Broadband modem cannot access the Internet?

Your Wireless Broadband modem connects to the internet via our 4G mobile network. So, if you cannot access the Internet, here are some simple steps to check before calling us:

  1. Check that the power is on. If not, turn it on
  2. Log into your modem's web management page - to check the network status
  3. If no SIM card is detected, power off the modem, reinstall the SIM card and try again
  4. If no network is available, please check on the placement of the modem - high up and near a window is ideal.
