Check if you are having internet connectivity issues with any other devices
If all other devices are also having connectivity issues you will need to call your internet provider.
Unplug power from the VodafoneTV box
Unplug the power cable from your VodafoneTV Box, wait 30 Seconds before plugging it back in
Unplug power from the Modem
Take the power plug out of your modem and then plug it back in. Wait for it to reconnect and then check your TV.
Check your connection
Wi-Fi

Ethernet
Try another Ethernet cable and port if the one being tried is not successful
Check your Broadband is with Vodafone
If it is not with Vodafone and the below does not fix your issue you will need to call your internet provider.
