Toll Call Control operates in conjunction with a Toll Bar to help you manage chargeable calls (calls made outside your calling area, 0900 services and mobile phone calls) made from your home phone.

You set it up on a call with us including creating a PIN, so that chargeable calls cannot be made without first entering the PIN you set. There is a monthly fee for Toll Call Control .

To add this calling feature and have it turned on at the same time, please call us on 0800 806 106.

Things to know

• You will still be able to make calls to 111 emergency services without needing to enter your PIN
• Toll Call Control does not prevent incoming collect or transfer charge calls. 
• The four-digit PIN will be your phone PIN. If you want to change this, call us on 0800 806 106.

To turn off Toll Call Control

1. Lift the handset and enter *22
2. Enter your four digit PIN and press #
3. Dial the number to make a call
4. Once the call is finished, the Call Bar is automatically reapplied.
