Setting up your VodafoneTV box is simple, meaning you can dive into your new VodafoneTV in just a few minutes.

What you'll need:

• The VodafoneTV box
• An HDMI cable
• An Ethernet (LAN) cable (optional)
• The VodafoneTV power supply
• VodafoneTV Remote

1. Plug in your VodafoneTV box

2. Connect your VodafoneTV box to the internet

On the Get Connected screen, select how you are connecting your VodafoneTV box to your modem:
 
Ethernet cable

1. Connect the Ethernet cable into the Ethernet ports at the back of your VodafoneTV box and modem
2. Continue to Activate your service
   

Wi-Fi
(note Wi-Fi connectivity is 5GHz only, so you will need a modem that is 5GHz capable) 

1. Select your Wi-Fi network name

2. Enter your Wi-Fi password

   

   The Wi-Fi Connecting screen appears

   

3. When you reach the Connected screen, select Continue

   

    

4. Continue to Activate your service

3. Activate your service

1. Using your mobile, tablet or computer, go to www.vtv.nz

2. Click Register & Activate

   

3. Enter your details and click Register

   

   The Activate screen appears and presents a 10 digit code

   

4. Using your VodafoneTV remote control, enter the activation code and select Activate

   

   Your VodafoneTV box will process the activation. After the activation is complete, the Privacy Notice screen appears.

5. Select Continue

   

6. Select either Agree or Disagree

   The Privacy Policy can be found at www.vtv.nz/privacy

   

7. Select Start Watching

   

A confirmation message appears to let you know that y​​​​​​our VodafoneTV service is now activated and you can start watching Freeview channels. You'll also be given the option to add SKY.
