One Business with Webex | Reset a Password

You can follow the steps below to reset a Business Online Portal or One Business app password.

You should know

To reset a password for all users, you must be an assigned Super User.

All users can reset their own password.

Steps

Reset Online Portal password

This is available for Super Users only

  1. Go to https://onenz.xport.co.nz/
  2. Click Recover your password.
  3. The Login Password Recovery screen appears
  4. Complete the following fields:
    • Account Number
    • Username
  5. Click Recover Password

Change an Online Portal password

  1. Log into the One Business Portal
  2. Click Update Details
  3. Click Change Login Password
  4. Complete the following fields:
    • Current password
    • New password 
    • New password confirmation
  5. Click Change Password

    After clicking Change Password, a message will appear on your screen to confirm the password reset was successful.

Reset app password via your Mobile

  1. Click the Forgot Password link
    Note: If you do not see the Forgot Password link, please check that the latest version of the application is installed.
  2. You will be redirected to https://onenz.xport.co.nz
  3. Select either Email or SMS.
    We recommend selecting SMS if you are using a mobile to reset your password.
  4. Complete the Enter phone number, mobile number or username field.
  5. Click Reset Password
  6. You will then receive a SMS code.
  7. In the Enter SMS Code field, enter the code.
  8. Click Submit SMS Code.
  9. In the Enter password and Confirm password fields, type your new password Note: Passwords must be at least 10 characters long, including 1 number, 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase and  special character. 
  10. Click Change Password.

    After you have successfully changed your password, you can login to your One Business app with your new password.  Note: This password is for all One Business applications and you will need to login to all clients using this new password.
