My Vodafone | Update/Change bill delivery method

You can follow this process to either change the way we send your bills, or update the email address we used to send your bills.

  1. Log into My Vodafone, selecting My Vodafone

  2. At the top of the screen, point your mouse cursor over Account Settings and select Billing settings       
  3. In the Billing delivery method section, click Edit
  4. Select how you would like to receive your bill and enter your details
  5. Click Save
