Billing | Update bill email address through My One NZ Web (One NZ B)

This article covers how you can change the email address that your bills are sent to through My One NZ on our website.

Before you begin

Confirm you are following the correct process by checking if you are a One NZ A,B or C customer .

If you need to change the way your bills are sent to you, follow Billing | Change bill delivery method through My One NZ

Steps

  1. Log into My One NZ , selecting Internet & landline
  2. In the My One NZ section, click Update Contact Details
  3. In the Other details section, enter your new email address in the Email address field
  4. Click Save my details
