Billing | Change bill delivery method through My One NZ web (One NZ B)

This article explains how you you can change the way we send your bills, or update the email address we used to send your bills.

Before you begin

Confirm you are following the correct process by checking if you are a One NZ A,B or C customer .

There are two ways you can get your monthly bill:

  • By email, as a PDF attachment that you can store and print as needed  
  • By post, a paper version is available but costs $2.50 (inc GST) 

If you choose to receive your bills by email, you will no longer receive paper bills.

Steps

  1. Log into My One NZ , selecting Internet & landline

  2. In the My One NZ section, click My Bills
    The My bills screen appears
  3. In the Please select one of the following delivery options section, select either Email or Email and Post ($1.99)
  4. Click Update invoice options
