This page explains how you can reset your My One NZ app password.
What you'll need:
- Access to your mobile phone.
- An internet connection.
- Mobile coverage - we need to send you a TXT with a validation code.
Steps
- Open the My One NZ app
- Tap Forgotten Password
- Enter your Username (Email address) and tap Next
- Mobile: A TXT with a confirmation code will be sent to you.
- Email: A password reset link will be sent to you.
- Mobile: Enter the confirmation code and tap Next
Email: Open the email and tap Reset password - Enter a new password and tap Confirm
After clicking Confirm, your new password will take affect and you'll be signed into My One NZ.
