How to reset your My Vodafone password

My Vodafone broadband and landline password:

To have your My Vodafone home phone and internet password emailed to you, simply use the forgot password tool and provide the following:

1. Your customer number (Your customer number is on the top right corner of your bill - usually a 7-digit number)
2. Your username

If you're a Wave, PC Connect or Quik customer then you'll need to add one of the following extensions to your username:

Wave customers: username_wave
PC Connect customers: username_pcco
Quik customers: username_quik

Otherwise please give us a call on 0800 438 448 and we'll issue you a new password.
