I can't be home for my broadband installation

If your scheduled installation date no longer works for you, you can call us to organise an alternative time.

  • Fibre broadband - 0800 806 106
  • Cable or Fibre X broadband - 0508 888 800  
  • ADSL or VDSL broadband - 0800 438 448.

We will do our best to book a day that's as close to your original requested date as possible, but sometimes there may be a delay due to demand in your area.

If you don't call and you're not at home when the technician turns up, they will leave a card for you to contact them directly. Please be aware that your current services Broadband, Home Phone and SKY may be disconnected on the scheduled date, unless otherwise organised.

If your technician needs to change your installation date, we will let you know by email and TXT, and reschedule a new date with you. 

The technician will call you the day before the installation and confirm what time they will arrive.
