This article explains how you can purchase a new Broadband plan through our website.

• Check that you can receive the plan type (i.e. VDSL or Ultra Fast) you would like at your address.
• Click on Buy Now under the plan you want.

• You will then go through our online sign up process, please note you will need.

  • Proof of ID (Driver's Licence/Passport).
  • Proof of address (a recent electricity bill for example).
  • SKY account details, if you're moving your SKY services as well.

As part of the process, you will be able to select whether you want to keep your phone number (if you want phone services) and we will also book in the installation, if required.

Please allow 1 work day from ordering online before contacting us as it takes that time to process your order. We will keep you up to date every step of the way with your order's progression by email.
