Forgot password for (Standalone Vodafone TV)

Use this process to reset your password for the VodafoneTV Customer Portal

Does VodafoneTV appear on your broadband bill?

Please contact our Customer Care team - there is currently no self-service option available. 

If you've forgotten your password to, you can reset it online.


  1. Go to
  2. Click Forgot password?
  3. Enter the email address you used to register into the Email field

    If the email address does not match our records, you will see an error message

    Click Forgot registered email address to recover your email address

  4. Click Get new password

    You will see a message confirming that a link has been sent to your email address

  5. Open the inbox for the email address you entered
  6. Open the email from
  7. Click the link that appears in the email

    The Change password screen will appear

  8. Enter your new password in the Password field, re-enter the same password in the Repeat password field
  9. Click Change password
