Your mobile device's IMEI (International Mobile Station Equipment Identity) number is a unique identifier used by our network to recognise your device. We will sometimes ask you for your IMEI number to help us to help you with your device.

You can find the IMEI number by dialling * # 0 6 # on your mobile (star / hashtag / zero / 6 / hashtag).
