Billing | Change billing delivery method through CustomerZone

This article explains how you you can change the way we send your bills, or update the email address we used to send your bills.

Before you begin

Confirm you are following the correct process by checking if you are a One NZ A,B or C customer .

There are two ways you can get your monthly bill:

  • By email, as a PDF attachment that you can store and print as needed  
  • By post, a paper version is available but costs $2.50 (inc GST) 

If you choose to receive your bills by email, you will no longer receive paper bills.

Steps

  1. Sign in to Customer Zone .
  2. Select Change beside Billing Address (Postal/email).
  3. Check the Online Only box.
  4. Enter the email address you want your bill sent to.
