This page explains how to top up another person's Prepay mobile using the My One NZ app.

Steps

1. Log into the My One NZ app
2. Scroll down and tap Top up & pay bill
   

   

3. Tap Top up another number
   

   

4. Enter the mobile number you want to top up

   From the Dropdown select either
   

   • the mobile you want to top up or
   • select Top up Another Mobile and enter the number you want to top up
5. For Choose your Top up method select Credit or debit card
6. Select the Amount to Top up
7. Choose credit or debit card you want to make your payment with
8. Tap Confirm
