This page explains how to view your mobile balance using the My Vodafone app.
Please note:
For Pay Monthly connections:
- Credit balances are not displayed
- To view billing information, you need to have a Customer or Account level of access. Find out more about access levels in My Vodafone.
For Prepay, you can only view the past 30 days of activity.
Steps
- Log into the My Vodafone app
The main dashboard appears - Select your On Account or Prepay service if not already selected by tapping Accounts & Services and selecting the account you want to see.
- Scroll down and tap on Plan & Add-Ons
- Your plan and balance are shown.
- For full details of your plan, tap Plan details.
