No, sorry, we don't offer an option to place your fixed line and broadband account on hold.

Unlike mobile phones, fixed line and broadband services incur an ongoing monthly line rental and infrastructure cost to remain active. As it cannot be disconnected or reconnected with a flick of a switch, the only option is disconnection. This means you will need to pay the connection fee again if you would like to have your services reconnected.
