Call Control lets you restrict calls to 0900 services, mobile phones and numbers outside your local area. There is a monthly cost for the Call Control feature .

To add this feature to your service please call us on 888 (mobile on our network) or 0800 400 888 (from any phone).

First, activate Call Control on your phone by calling 1881 and entering a four-digit PIN from a touchtone phone.

Turn Call Control on

1. Lift the handset and wait for the dial tone
2. Dial 1880, followed by your four-digit PIN
3. Wait for the confirmation tone (long-short-long)
4. Hang up

Turn Call Control off

1. Lift the handset and wait for the dial tone
2. Dial 1881, followed by your four-digit PIN
3. Wait for the confirmation tone (long-short-long)
4. Hang up
5. Lift the handset and dial the chargeable number
6. Don't forget to turn call control on again when you've finished your call
