This article explains how you can buy a Prepay deal using the My One NZ app.

Please ensure your Prepay number is showing on the dashboard.  If not tap on Accounts & services and select your Prepay account and add Link your Active Prepay Number to it.

Steps

1. Log in to the My One NZ app
   The main dashboard appears
   

   

2. Tap the Prepay Deals tile
   

   

3. Tap Spin for Deals
   

   

   The wheels spin to show your 3 Prepay deals for this week
   
4. Select the Prepay deal you'd like to buy
    
5. Tap Buy
   

   

   
   A pop up asking you to confirm the purchase appears
   
6. Tap Confirm
