Billing | Changes when you switch to Fibre broadband

Details on what happens to your bill when you change to Fibre

When you switch to fibre broadband, your bill will change slightly - a similar format to your old one with your new customer account number in the top right corner.

If you're switching from an ADSL service with us or VDSL broadband service - you could have a new customer number and billing date, so

  1. You may need to set up a new direct debit form as your customer number is different - here's how to change your Direct Debit .
  2. The Bank account number you pay into and the Bank REF you need to quote are also different - here are our bank account numbers .
