We’re boosting our Boosts! As of April 22nd 2020 we will have a new suite of Data Boost add-ons available on MyFlex and Pay & Go Prepay Plans.

Why are Data Boost add-ons changing from 30 days to 28 days?
We are changing a few of our Data Boost add-ons to be available for 28 days. This is to make sure our Data Boost add-ons are more aligned with the duration of our MyFlex plans.
What happens if I’ve purchased a Data Boost add-on before the 22nd of April 2020?
Don’t worry, your Data Boost entitlements won’t change. You will still enjoy the data you purchased for the duration specified.
My data boost in My Vodafone App changed, did I get charged for that?
If you purchased the Data Boost prior to 22nd of April 2020, don’t worry your Data Boost entitlements won’t change. You will still enjoy the data you purchased for the duration specified.
Your My Vodafone App will change to reflect the new updates so that you are aware of what you are entitled to next time.

Terms and Conditions:
- By accepting a Boost offer you are deemed to have accepted the terms of that offer (provided in My Account or via TXT at the time of the offer) and these ‘Things you need to know’.
- You can only have one of any kind of Boost Add-On at a time e.g. you can have one Data Boost Add-On and one Minutes Boost Add-On but not two Data Boost Add-Ons.
- All Boost offers are only valid for the time period specified in the offer.
- Any applicable charge will be deducted from your Prepay balance when a Boost offer is accepted.
- All Boost offers including minutes and TXTs are for standard NZ numbers only.
- All international offers include calls to landlines in Australia (excluding external territories), Belgium, Canada, Chile, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, UK and the USA.
- Boost offers last for the time period specified in the offer or until your Prepay Smart Add-On expires, which ever is the earlier. After that time, any unused minutes, TXTs or data will no longer be available for use. If you change your Prepay plan or cease to be a Prepay customer you will lose any current Boost offer.
- If you change your Prepay plan or cease to be a Prepay customer you will lose any current Boost offer.
- Order of Use applies: Boosts will be used before your applicable monthly Prepay monthly Add-On allowance.
- If you no longer wish to receive any Boost offers or other marketing offers from Vodafone via TXT, reply ‘STOP’ at any time.
- The following abbreviations apply: “ll” refers to New Zealand landline; “int” refers to international; “mob” refers to mobile; ”wk” refers to week; and “wkend” refers to weekend.
- Vodafone reserves the right to cease making Boost offers or to modify any terms relating to Boost offers at any time.
