You can access information about your Vodafone account in several different ways:
- On your monthly bill
- We can give you information about your account and Calling our IVR on 0800 438 448 where you can get automated information and access your account balance, and pay your bills
Sign in to My Vodafone online or in the app where you can:
- View your accounts
- Get detailed call information
- View your mobile usage

Pay Monthly mobile: Our agents are here on voice queues for any technical break in service – call 777 from your mobile and press option 4
Broadband and home phone: Our agents are here on voice queues for any technical break in your service – call 0800 438 448, if asked press the option for broadband and home phone, confirm your number, then press the option for technical help.
Request a call back: If you have a disability or are vulnerable and have already called us and want someone to call you back for a technical or payment issue, please fill in this call-back form.

New Zealand Relay Service
Using NZ Relay, you can type, sign or speak to the NZ Relay Assistant.
The NZ Relay Assistant will:
- Tell the Vodafone agent what you have said to them
- Tell you the Vodafone agent's response.
