Together, we’ve designed five modules which test your skills and help find the best way to apply them. These tests have been carried out over 30 million times in over 90 countries to help people find the right job.

Explore the roles that could be your career in the digital era ahead



App Developer
As an App developer, you'll create software solutions for use on mobile devices, working with software engineers, digital designers and digital analysts. You may only work on one type of system like Android or iOS. You could be working on mobile applications for business purposes or for consumer - for example, game apps.



Game Tester
As a Game Tester, you'll play newly developed or updated computer, console and online games. Your job will be to spot any gameplay bugs, development glitches and design mistakes that need to be fixed before the game goes on sale.



Mobile Architect
As a Mobile Architect, you'll be responsible the design of new mobile devices. You'll engage in all aspects of a development cycle that includes data collection, algorithm development, performance assessment, and integration into different hardware platforms.



User Experience Designer
As a User Experience Designer, you'll be involved in designing sites and software for specific target groups and end users. You'll ensure the user experience for individuals using websites or applications is efficient and makes sense to people without technical backgrounds. For example, you could ensure the navigation on a website is simple and easy to use so that customers always find what they are looking for.



Cloud Developer
As a Cloud Developer, you'll design and develop software for high performing and scalable components for large scale cloud-based solutions. These solutions could be for business customer or for consumers. For example, companies offering streaming music (via a cloud- based service) to individuals. You'll work in an agile development methodology to drive key aspects of product definition, execution and testing.



Digital Project Manager
As a Digital Project Manager, you'll run technical development projects from start to finish. This role can also be referred to as a Scrum Master or Scrum Coach, depending on the type of project. You'll work with key stakeholders to determine scope and manage a team of designers, developers, UX and testers to ensure timely and efficient implementation of the technical solution you're creating.
