Our dress code

We value your individuality, so smart casual is the rule of thumb at Vodafone. If you’re happy wearing it and comfortable meeting your clients in it, then it’s fine by us. Retail staff wear a snappy uniform that’s provided by your manager before you start.

Are you a zoner, roamer or homer?

We have an open plan environment, which means that doors are never closed. Depending on your role, there are homing, zoning and roaming options, giving you the freedom to select where you work each day.

If you need to work in a fixed location and use the same desk every day, then you’re one of our ‘homers’. If your role means you’re often spending time with other departments within Vodafone, we think of you as one of our ‘zoners’. And if you’re out and about most of the day, dealing with customers for example, you’re one of our ‘roamers’.
